I really wanted this bra to work since the size is so hard to find, but the underwire just wasn’t comfortable for me. It didn’t sit right and started poking near the sides after a couple hours, which got annoying fast. I also felt like I got inconsistent answers when I asked about the fit, so that was frustrating. Shipping was fine, but overall I’m disappointed because it just wasn’t comfortable enough to keep wearing.

I ordered from lulalu.com and ended up needing to return one item because, well, the fit just wasn’t quite right. The instructions were clear overall, but getting the return label sorted took me a bit longer than I expected.

The refund did come through in the end, so no major issue there. It was just... a little slower than I’d hoped. Not a bad experience, but it could definitely be a bit smoother.

I gave lulalu a try, and the comfort is kind of hit or miss for me. Some days it feels totally fine, but after wearing it for a few hours, this and that can start to feel a little annoying. It’s not awful or anything, just not quite as comfy as I was hoping. Maybe it works better for other people.

I was surprised... it fits the shape really, really well!! Super flattering and just looks good on!!!

I had to reach out to support about my order, and they did get back to me after maybe a day or so. The reply was helpful enough and answered most of what I needed, but it felt a bit slower than I expected. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just think the support could be a little quicker and maybe a bit clearer upfront.

I ordered from lulalu.com and of course, very calmly, realized I had picked the wrong size. Totally not annoyed with myself at all. I sent it back expecting the usual long wait for the refund, because that’s kind of how online returns seem to go most of the time.
But it was back on my card just a few days after they received the return. I didn’t have to chase anyone or send those awkward “just checking in” emails, which was a relief. Simple experience overall, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

I reached out to customer service with what I thought was a simple question, but it took days to get a reply. By the time they finally answered, I’d already spent way too much time and energy trying to figure it out myself. it felt more frustrating than helpful...

I ordered from Lulalu thinking it would show up in a normal amount of time, but... yeah, the shipping ended up being way slower than I expected.
I kept checking the tracking, but it barely updated, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I had no idea what was going on for most of the wait.
The product might be fine, but the delivery took so long that it kind of ruined the experience for me. I’m not sure I’d order again if shipping is usually like this.

I’m happy with my order from lulalu.com. The price felt fair, and the quality was better than I expected for what I paid. Ordering was easy too. There was one small hiccup that seemed preventable, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. I’d probably buy from them again if I needed something similar.

I ordered this from Lulalu, the best part is that the straps are really easy to adjust, which, shockingly, isn’t always a given. It took me a few tries to get the fit just right, but once I did, it stayed comfortable. So that was a nice little surprise.

It’s wearable. Just wish it had a bit more padding.

I’m wondering if I’m the only one who felt this way, but the fabric seemed really thin and kind of scratchy to me. I expected it to feel a bit nicer, especially based on what others seemed to say...

I was surprised by how many cute colors there were to choose from. Compared to a lot of similar options I’ve seen, these felt way more fun and varied.

The product details weren’t very clear, especially the sizing info. I had a feeling it wasn’t going to match up, and unfortunately my instinct was right, it ended up being way off...

I went on lulalu really hoping to find some cute or different bras, especially since they’re supposed to be good for harder-to-find sizes. But the styles felt plain, and a lot of them looked almost the same, just in basic colors.

It was disappointing because I expected more from a store focused on this niche. If you only want simple everyday stuff, it might be fine, but I got bored scrolling and didn’t buy anything. It also made me lose a bit of trust that they really understand what shoppers like me are looking for.
